By submitting this form you accept that once the animal is adopted, Rescue Ridge is not financially responsible for costs associated with, or caused by, the animal.

We generally do not adopt our dogs or cats out of state but in some cases will consider adopting out in a nearby state, that is if we feel the animal will do well in the home.

In order to be considered as a new furbaby parent/ family we ask that you fill out an application at rescueridge.com. Please make sure that you receive a confirmation before you text and say you have submitted an application.

If you are looking to adopt a puppy or a kitten, they are generally in a foster home. Please be respectful of the foster's time and allow 48 hours for a reply. If you do not hear from us by then, although we appreciate your interest, your application did not appear to be a good match for that particular dog or cat. This does not mean you would not be accepted as a future adopter just that your lifestyle may not be what this particular dog or cat needs.

When you text, please always include your name and phone number. This makes it so much easier for us to forward to the foster parent.
