Introducing The Dukes of Hazzard Litter!
Momma Daisy is about a year old and 65lbs. She came up from a shelter in Virginia. She was one of four boxer mixes that were surrendered from a bad situation. The rescue didn't realize she was pregnant until she came off of transport.
Daisy is looking for a foster or a foster to adopt situation. She is very afraid of people so she needs someone who can teach her people are safe. She must go with another dog to show her the ropes. At this time, someone with no kids since she is terrified of them too. She is housebroken. Once she learns to trust you so she sweet, loveable and playful.

Lanie and Lila are medium sized doodle mixes. Our best guess is mini sheepadoodle, but we can't be sure. These sweet girls are 2 years old and have not had much socialization. They are very nervous, but will let you pet them or pick them up. We are looking for separate loving and patient foster (or foster to adopt) families for them. These little ladies need time to acclimate to a home and human interaction. A friendly and confident resident dog would likely help the transition. These girls have a 3rd sister (Libby) who has made tremendous strides in her foster home after only 3 weeks. Noah is a sweet 6-7 year old Pomchi. Noah lost his Mom and no one in the Family can care for him.

Wally is a 3-year-old, 23-lb Chihuahua (+ 18 breed) mix who loves to give kisses and cuddles and be close to his family. He is a loving, friendly, and loyal dog. He loves to play, eat treats, and go outside. He's quite smart too. Wally knows how to sit and stick out his paw, and even knows commands like "leave it" and "done." Wally loves to play, and he wants to play all the time! He picks up his squeaker toys and approaches you when he's ready for playtime. He's well-trained when it comes to going to the bathroom. He lets you know when it's time to go with either a little yawn or he looks at his leash. When it comes to sleep, he prefers to sleep in his crate. The routine Wally follows is as follows: he waits until you walk over to the crate so that he can go in and tuck him in with a treat. Sometimes he does get anxious about things. If he sees a bag, box, or hears a dishwasher running, he will walk the other way. The same goes for rainy days. He will refuse to go outside because it's too scary. Wally is looking for a loving home with someone a little older preferably without little kids. He has a lot of energy and love. Frank is a handsome, sweet, and loving companion. He is a Mountain Cur/Shepherd Mix, approximately 7-8 years old and 55 pounds. He absolutely loves snuggling and laying around the house. He also likes to run and play fetch, but overall he is a very calm dog. You can usually find him lying in the sun or by the fire. Frank is well-mannered in the house and sleeps in his cozy crate at night. He knows basic obedience commands and is eager to please. He is anxious and scared of other dogs and would need to be in a home with no other dogs. Because of this, Frank does not do well with boarding facilities and has been scared in these situations. He loves people and would do best with a person or family that can spend quality time with him. Frank is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. Here is the information from his family: "Loves people of all ages and wants to be with you and play. He loves other dogs but not sure on cats so I say no cats. He is about 1 year old now. According to the vet, he's a Mix. He's Husky/Stafford Pit and perhaps Shepherd. Short hair dog. He would be great with other dogs so he can play. Needs room to run around. Knows "Sit" and "Paw" The only reason my sister needs to find him a home is because he jumps. My sister is on a cane and not sturdy. She has fallen and can no longer take chances that she will get hurt badly. He may need some training in that area. He does know some commands. He has been in a kennel but not in crate. He has gone to someone's house who house sits about 6 dogs or so at a time. He loved it and the woman had no issues with him. He played all the time with the other dogs and even her two great Danes. I would say he's high-energy type. He has a fear of cars, getting into a car, because he was dumped a few times by previous owner who did not take the time to be with him and dumped him on his ex who then did not want him either."

Milo is a 6-7-month-old mix, (we were told chihuahua LOL). He is already 23 lbs. Milo is learning that life can be great with his foster Mom, she takes him to try on hats and gets him his own pup cup. Milo is learning to walk on a leash, go potty outside and that people in general are kind. Milo likes other dogs but seems afraid when he first meets them but take off those leashes and boy does he have fun. He is living with cats but only meets them on a leash. Milo would be best with a kind patient home that can show him love and understanding while giving him rules. Milo needs a fenced-in yard, this boy is active. But turn your head and he is sleeping.
